COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fortress Interlocks AUTOLOK 4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Universal-Flow-Monitor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Machine-Control-Specialists parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Universal-Flow-Monitor such as the B15161 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B98081126 manufactured by Machine-Control-Specialists and we are pleased to be able to service most Machine-Control-Specialists systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EUAIC0827 by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Milltronics Brand CompuM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Colortronic such as CDK equipment made by Colortronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Colortronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Colortronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FM15CDSFM15S5N made by Cds as well as the popular BN111B051andKSMB401A original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BTC062AFEP3FW by Rexroth and CDK spares by Colortronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CU40066MCPBS31A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
